Online Grief Retreat

“I would love to tell you…”

Moving forward after loss of a beloved one: you don’t have to do it all on your own.

*Are you looking for a way to move forward. But you don’t know how?

*Do you have a knot in your stomach, pain in your heart, pressure on your chest?

*Are you bothered by thoughts as I wished I had…, I can never undo…

*Do you want to feel more connected to your loved one?

*Are you afraid you might forget your loved one?

*Didn’t you have time to pause, to reflect, to grieve?

I organise an online grief retreat to help you with:

• Gaining insight in the many ways to react to a loss

• Applying methods to deal with the impact the loss has on your life

• Finding peace of mind and body

• Finding meaning and direction in your (daily) life

• Feeling connected with your loved one

How does it work?

We meet online in a group of four people. Five meetings of each one and a half hour. With a bonus of a one-to-one session of one hour within three months of the pilot. Via Zoom.

All this in a safe atmosphere. A group is a wonderful way to experience recognition and support. As one participant said “I feel carried by the group.” Yet everyone works on her or his own loss.

You decide what you would like to share and what you would like to keep to yourself.

Feedback from the participants is important to me. I will integrate wishes and ideas during the retreat.

I have done this retreat in Dutch, you can read some comments here: Testimonials
